    I have had fibromyalgia for more than 20 years. I have done a lot of different diets and tried also some other treatments but none of them worked. I have been reading Dr. Sarno for about a month and now I am following the structured educational program. I am a single mom of a beautiful boy who is 11 years old. I have a terrible fatigue and my body aches all over but I have a lot of faith in this healing. I already started working out, which I very much missed, and I constantly talk to my id, ego and superego. I am trying to be aware of my inner world to heal and have a happier life.
