My Story
I stumbled on Dr Sarno's books quite some years ago in my local library while suffering badly with back pain and have followed the TMS trail since then. I have read many many books about or related to TMS which has given me a sound understanding of it. I've had it in some form or another all my life. I'm stuck, a slow difficult healer. I would very much like to consult a TMS trained psychotherapist as Sarno recommends but as far as I can ascertain there are currently none in NZ., so I just keep on keeping on trying all and every method. - Loading...
