    Whew. Where to start?

First thing is first. EVERYONE in my humble opinion has TMS. It is a tool or a gift that we all have that we don't realize. When you are in pain, sick. Or whatever... It is your body trying to tell you that you are thinking thoughts that are out of alignment with who you are. (Totally new agey I know) but true.. Basically, it is chronic negativity and obsessive thoughts. It is also RAGE!

Everyone gets TMS in their lifetime.. Some more so than others.. I started when I was very very young. I have had everything from chronic back pain 'bulging' disc, neck pain, knee pain, IBS, chronic sinus infections, acne, allll sorts of fun things. When I went into TMS healing... It then changed over to severe anxiety and OCD. Pretty much instantaneously from neck pain to full blown anxiety - due to me trying to release anger. I have always been a very confident non anxious person. It was like swallowing the red pill!!! I. WAS. TERRIFIED. How I made it through that time in my life I'll never know. Some days the anxiety was so bad I couldn't even think I literally had a song playing in my head constantly - my subconscious trying to divert my attention from the emotions I needed to release. It was the scariest, hardest thing I've ever been through. But I DID it!!! I did! And YOU CAN TOO!

This thing feeds off fear and your negative thinking patterns. Show NO FEAR. IGNORE. Go get yourself a TMS therapist and do the dirty work... I punched a lot of pillows. (Still do when I need to). And I wrote down a lot of nasty things... I got in touch with my dark side. A part of me I didn't know was there. Oh yeah.. Lots of meditation. I still meditate daily. I recommend it!

It's all about self love. Setting boundaries. Releasing. Acceptance.

I learned how to become comfortable with my emotions. How to observe them and BE with them.. Not run away from them. You are not your thoughts.. You are SO so much more.

I am now a deliberate thinker. I don't think on auto pilot.. When I have a reaction to something.. Whether it's anger or in the form of pain.. I think PSYCHOLOGICALLY not PHYSICALLY.. If everyone did this, we wouldn't need the surgeries and pills that we need today. I believe even heart disease and cancer are your negative emotions being stored in your body. Of course you need to have a healthy diet and exercise as well. You were meant to have a strong healthy body, and a happy life! And you CAN! It's all in your perspective and your thinking. Your mind and your emotions are your gift. Show no fear and master them :) dig deep and get out all those skeletons.. Come to a place of acceptance. And follow your joy. Your body is telling you something. LISTEN.

Remember what you resist.. Persists. Invite the pain, invite the anxiety. Show it that you are not afraid. Do the dirty work so it doesn't show up Like that again!

Message me if you need advice or help. I am healed and finally ready to help all that I can.

Love and light to you all!

    ~Natalie
