I love your profile pic. 2 doggies and the sea = soul food.

Be assured that you can soften the intensity and ease into the simple pleasure of whatever you do. I'm a person who needs a lot of freedom and am acutely aware of pressure (perceived or actual).

Becoming a carer for my partner led me to impose time-constraints on myself which generated needless stress. It took me a while to shrug it off. I totally understand the need to integrate soothing daily without it becoming one more thing to do.

Swimming for me is what fishing is for you. I'd love to go more often but I can't so I relish my twice weekly sessions. I stay as long as I desire and come home when I feel nice and relaxed. Those benefits endure because I'm giving myself the nurturing and breathing space I need. Can you find ways of fishing more?
