anyone with histamine or glutamate sensitivity

    i had to stop collagen peptides due to the high content on both, is it tms?

    Hello Islander,
    I'm pretty sure it's TMS based on my own experience.
    I was diagnosed with MCAS and had instances where i had to stop taking supplements because they had collagen in them too and also was on a very strict anti-histamine diet for years.
    Since starting this healing journey i'm now at a point where histamine is barely an issue.
