    Where your attention goes, so does your experience.

    Most will not have the ability, or they will discount how simple this is. For someone who believes and is willing to apply it this is the ONLY information required to transcend TMS pain. No more reading. No more searching.

    Stop paying attention to the pain and thoughts the pain creates.

    This WILL 100% work every single time. Have some tenacity. Be willing to relapse. Forgive yourself. Control your attention. Keep it elsewhere. Stop caring about the pain and thoughts or emotions around it.

    If you find yourself unable...put your efforts on controlling attention. Meditation is the typical method.

    I'm telling you this as someone who has been healed for years with rare flare ups. Allergies even cleared up unexpectedly.

    Getting over your TMS pain isn't the end of anything.

    The amount of change and growth that happens in one's life once they are no longer getting dragged by the collar into every fantasy, advertisement, drama, internal emotions and pain, etc is literally infinite. It's not about a perfect life or being free of the pain. It's no longer needing to care.

    Continually coming here or elsewhere means you are still searching. You don't believe you've received the answer. Healing will not take place until you believe you've been given the method. No more reading, relating, or dramatizing the pain once you e chosen your method. Leave the whole thing in the past and move on.
