    New study correlates repetitive memories and anxiety. This is really no suprise! Memories often make us think certain things about ourselves and evoke emotions.
    Dr. Hanscom a TMS specialist calls these memories part of intrusive repetitive thoughts.
    I think we get so used to our minds bringing these things up over and over again, we don’t even realize how often it can happen..

    Thanks--great article! I think the opposite is also true when we are able to put together a series of constructive, healthy memories and patterns of looking back at them.
