How do I overcome this? There are times I feel so fatigued that I just want to lay down and take a nap or just don't move and just stay quiet. I hardly socialize and I feel it might be because I feel so fatigued that it makes me not want to. I sleep 7-8 hours a day, but I do wake up to go to the bathroom 2-3 times. I'm 6'1''-6'2'' and weight 159.

I do experience other symptoms like low libido, anxiety, stress, and other stuff as well. I do have also OCD. I would like some help please.

I want to laugh a lot, smile and be happy, but it's hard to do so when I either don't feel it or I'm just too tired.

    Any advice are welcomed.

I have been through this... Anxiety anyway brings fatigue. Everything can bring fatigue, when your energy goes somewhere... Search where your energy goes. Besides you can search any medical reasons just in case ( maybe vitamin b12 thyroid etc ).
If you can, do what every people would do. Do you feel fatigue? Get rest, but real rest. Do whatever you want or you can to have your mind somewhere else and enjoy it. Without a little enjoyment, it is not rest.
