  1. TMS work is what reduced my chronic daily headaches/migraines and other chronic illnesses significantly that I had for 17+ years. I see so many posts in the chronic migraine page Facebook page, and on instagram still.. of people in unbearable daily pain like I had been until I found this work. How do we cope with the struggle of feeling like we should reach out to every single person we see who posts about being in pain and share our story when that obviously isn't doable? I feel this guilt like scrolling past someone post about chronic pain without telling them about this work is just basically not caring if they continue suffering. I feel like I'm a bad person just allowing someone's suffering if I see someone's post and don't reach out. And it gets exhausting. And it makes me angry that this isn't being taught in med school because it is the responsibility of the doctors, not us, to be doing this!

Hmm. Well, first, welcome to the forum @idkwhatusernametodo, and congratulations on your recovery success.

However, I'm having a hard time responding to your question, which I'll say is a good one. BUT the problem is that a complete and useful answer would take far too long to write, because you have provided so little context about your TMS history and knowledge, and about your ultimate goals for using the information you're asking for. In other words, the question is too open-ended. Your other three posts were even more open-ended with zero context.

To be honest, the most simple answer to this question might be "don't bother" because a number of members here have tried providing TMS information on pain forums, and have been abused and even threatened for doing so.

Another reason I'm personally not willing to spend time on a serious answer is that unfortunately your username does not provide a sense that you are serious about being a member of this community. You are welcome to stay and learn how we use the forum and the wiki to educate and support others who are suffering, but if you do that, I urge you to put a little bit of effort into picking a new forum name that is not like a throwaway joke. It can be any name at all, or any word or short phrase, as long as it's reasonably neutral in meaning, easy for people to use when they want to refer to you in a friendly way, and preferably much shorter.

You can DM me @JanAtheCPA (it's called Private Conversation) and I'll make the change, but this is a limited time offer, which expires Monday night, January 13 at midnight GMT (London time). Or, if you prefer, I can delete this account with the posts and the few responses, and you can start over (but first copy the text of this post, as it's a decent start for your profile story).
