    Good morning, I need an advice because I am feeling so scared , sad and anxious, I had back pain on and off for many years, doctors never saw anything to worry about , my last one was over the summer, I got better as soon as I came back from seeing my parents, yesterday I woke up late for work and this is not me at all, I woke up so fast got ready went to work and my back started hurting and I started to panic and I a
    having a flare up , lots of
    pain, and thinking I
    did something, and I been crying, and is so hard for me thi k that I have TMS when I am in pain, why I am not better yet? I can’t understand, I am worry
    because I have to take care of my children

    I am so sorry you are in pain and feeling so distraught.
    In the absence of you advising us exactly what TMS work you have been doing in order to encourage your brain not to give you mind/body/TMS symptoms, we can't give an opinion. (It seems to me though, from what you have said, that your back pain may be tied into possible stress-making situations, e.g. visiting your parents and going to work... but that will be for you to assess and determine.)
