This is a new area for me, which I have no experience. What is the general feeling of hypnotic help? Would a recorded pain release cd be helpful or going to a professional? I have read different opinions about this. Thank you in advance for your input. Good health. joseph

I do self Hypnosis every day. Its simple and relaxing and really helps my nervous system.
If im tired and stuff from anxiety or stress then the Hypnosis helps me get better in 30 minutes.
Although I use mindfulness meditation and so much more I still use the Hypnosis for reconditioning
old thought patterns and such. If you can afford it im sure someone coaching you through would be beneficial though.
    Bless You

I play a hypnosis DVD every day and feel it helps me.
It's called STRESS RELIEF FOR LIFE by Susan Hepburn,
a psychotherapist, and I bought it at amazon.com
She has a soothing voice and tells a patient how to relax,
breathe deeply, meditate, in a 15-minute therapy session
with relaxing visualizations of sunny beathes.
I find it to be a good self-hypnosis tool for relieving stress.

It can be used while you are doing TMS techniques to heal pain.
