    Crazy, right?

As a good hypochondriac, I am in several Reddit and Telegram groups that deal with the pathologies I am suffering from now (and the past ones too!)

I keep seeing more and more clearly that the vast majority of people who are in these forums have a TMS problem.

    There is always a pattern:

    1. Anxiety and stress
    2. Chronic illnesses
    3. A lot of fear

I am trying to recover from Tinnitus, which my mind wants to think is acoustic trauma. But there are inconsistencies, and although I have no physical pain, I still have some spasms and extrasystoles.

We must continue training and cultivating our minds. Eventually, he will give in.

    Big hug to everyone :)
