Hi, Hope all you guys are doing well. I was wondering if anyone had any information related to insomnia at TMS. Its a bit of a long shot, but maybe, right?

A long shot? Definitely not. Cortisol can cause insomnia, and stress increases cortisol. When I began really breaking down in 2016, I could barely sleep for more than two hours at a time.

Sympathetic overactivity definitely leads to insomnia.
