Jenna's TMS story...

    Hi All,

    I'm not sure if anyone has seen Jenna's TMS story but thought i'd share it. I understand she uses the forum because she has linked to and mentioned the TMS wiki.

    Reading Dr. John Sarno's book The Divided Mind, Jenna remembers her success in fully healing her past attacks of back pain through "standing up" and breaking the cycle of abuse with her emotionally incestuous birth mother. The back pain never returned.

    Mike, thanks for sharing Jenna's TMS healing success video.
    I healed from my severe back pain the same way, by journaling in the Structured Educational Program and discovering feelings from my boyhood. It helped me to understand my parents better and why they divorced when I was seven and it left me with feelings of abandonment and insecurity. That helped me to forgive them. Forgiving is so helpful in TMS healing.
