Journaling question about Curable and Dr. Schubiner's Book

Does anyone know whether Curable or Dr. Schubiner's book "Unlearn Your Pain" utilize journaling as part of their programs?? Thanks!

Just doing a little research.

 

I haven't used Curable but I own Unlearn Your Pain and it does utilize writing exercises as part of the program.

Some of the prompts use Unsent Letters. I found it very similar to the SEP.

Unlearn Your Pain goes hard on the writing stuff. Curable divides its program into 4 sections (writing, meditation, brain training and learning). If you just want to go for the writing exercises, no problem.

Unlearn Your Pain takes a good amount of your time if you're really down to finish it in 28 days. Curable is more lighthearted, but the learning stuff brings info we all know by heart around here.
