    Goodness gracious

I have had costochondritis a year ago; it kind of came with the second wave of hyperacusis. The symptoms went away after my first set of writing assignments Now, a month or two later, goodness has it lit up suddenly. I consider this the symptom imperative but i didnt know certain body parts could absolutely start crying for help like that.

I'm so much better at dealing with pain than with loud sounds. I could use some extra chronic pain over noise sensitivity. I'm really curious how this is all gonna develop. This is sternum pain but i can no longer lift my arms -- WHAT IS THIS

Ok ill keep yall posted. This is absolutely insane. Now gonna chill and meditate for a bit.

I haven't been posting much lately but I'm still paying attention and I love seeing your transformation, my friend. Acceptance is starting to become a normal place for you to reside.

    Thanks, Jan.

I'm sure there will be enough desperation in the future. I'm still anxious and i have doubts, but for now i want to appreciate the better days. Better as in calm, not symptom wise.

Consistently changing your rational brain comes first, before the TMS brain mechanism can be convinced to back off. It will happen.
