Positive Life Changes

    Wow, SMS, talk about an open-ended question!

    Everyone on this site is working to create positive life changes, so I imagine we'd all answer yes? At some point, everyone experiences some reduction in their symptoms when they change their outlook, and there's nothing more positive than inner change. Outside change becomes irrelevant once you've changed how you respond to outside influences.
