    Hi everyone!

I’ve posted here before about some anal discomfort and TMS, and I really appreciate all the helpful advice I’ve received—thank you so much!

Sometimes I struggle to fully trust the TMS explanation—maybe my brain just looks for doubts. I wanted to reach out again for opinions, and it would be wonderful if anyone has personal experiences to share.

As I mentioned before, I often feel some uncomfortable sensations down there, like a light burning or other symptoms. When I take a picture of the area, it sometimes looks a bit red, which could indicate some irritation or inflammation.

From my own experience, I notice that when I’m busy, distracted, or in a good mood, the symptoms are much less noticeable—sometimes barely there at all. But the feelings keep coming back, and seeing the redness sometimes makes me worry that it might be a physical problem.

Do you think TMS could cause this type of symptom? Any insights, experiences, or advice would mean a lot!

I don't know how to the delete the post. I made two identical posts by mistake.

I'll shut this one down for you. But I'm keeping it because @Joulegirl gave you the best response. Reread the advice you've received many times, and also read other people's stories in the Success Stories subforum. All the symptoms have been addressed there many times!
