Selling Home

Hello,

Is it okay if I post that I plan on selling my home next year? I think part of my stress is where I currently live. Its a older ranch style home built in the late 1940s out in a rural area. My neighbors are a mile down the road. The problem is when I first moved in my mortgage was $620 a month now it has doubled just because I did the variable interest rate cause my credit was not excellent. Property taxes have increased too. Some big things have broken recently like a window, half the electric somehow got fried, the roof got replaced but still leaks they haven't fixed it properly, the gutters got damaged in major storms but have been torn down not being replaced, etc...


ANYWAY... I plan on finding a cash buyer for a fix it upper home as I don't plan on fixing much of anything...

With that said, are there companies that can help me declutter, organize, and sell my assets?
