Severe GERD/LPR. Please help

So I have been having issues for years. Interstitial cystitis, IBS, POTS, insomnia. But i also have diabetes so I am always thinking my body is damaged due to poor blood sugar control. For the last seven days I have been having horrible silent reflux and GERD. I am so scared because it is horrible and wont go away. Constant burning and sinuses and chronic cough thats driving me crazy. Really scared this will go on forever and I cant have acidic foods again. I dont get it I was fine 9 days ago. I have had bouts of reflux before but nothing bad and constant like this.
