    Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if shin splints and lower leg pain is a TMS equivalent. I had back pain that diminished through lots of TMS work and now when I work out, I have shin pain and now it's lasting longer than just when I work out. I also feel crampy in my legs. I'm taking a ton of magnesium and electrolytes to rule that out and magnesium or epsom salt baths help, but if this is TMS, I just want to not do anything physical for it. What do you all think?

    Thanks!
