    Eric Watson,

    WHEN YOU FEEL THE EMOTION OF ANGER, ALLOW IT WITHOUT BEING ANGRY AT IT. Don't Judge it or fight against it, just be without criticism to it and feel the emotion without fear of it -- and very soon the anger will disipitate.

    Although to express your anger thourgh creative artistic endeavors or exercise is often a great outlet too.

    When I get angry about something, I do feel it, but then I figure what made me angry is
    small potatoes compared to what could really make me angry, or what other people are angry about
    that it much more serious.
