Symptom imperative in the same area?

Out of curiosity! Has anyone ever experienced the symptom imperative happening in the same place as their original pain?

My TMS journey “started” with pelvic pain. However, I have had other pains like an itchy scalp, lower back pain, things that looked like bug bites but weren’t, knee pain, itchy inner ears, IBS, acne, full body itchiness, jaw/teeth pain, headaches, anxiety, OCD, depression, and a few other symptoms that I am forgetting. None of these other symptoms scared me so they didn’t last very long.

The pelvic pain scared me quite a bit when it began and had me in an chokehold for two years before I finally accepted TMS; and so I think my subconscious brain focuses on that area when it comes to the symptom imperative. My symptoms change and move but it’s always around my pelvis. It’s kind of boring, really. It would be cool to experience the symptom imperative elsewhere on my body but I suppose me feeling that way is what prevents my subconscious from causing pain/symptoms anywhere else lol

has anyone else experienced the SI in the same place as their original pain?
