Steve lives in south eastern Canada. I have been a student of TMS teachings by Dr. Sarno for over 20 years. I read Healing Back Pain in 2001. I joined the TMS Wiki in 2018.

During this time through the help and encouragement by friends on this chat, resources on this site, doing the ongoing work on accepting TMS, I have overcome tremendous obstacles. Accepting the pain is due to TMS and not to a structural abnormality, working on TMS through different modalities, has proven to be the answer.
