    Hello,
I have been getting tension headaches, especially in the back of the head, when brushing my teeth. It even causes dizziness while I do it, and afterwards there's this tightness that causes lightheadedness. I have been having a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck and scalp for the past month or so. I've also been having a lot of gurgling in my belly and chest tightness/burning. Can anyone relate to this?

You've created two prior threads to ask about symptoms, once in 2022 and once in March, and now this one. However, you never said if you've been medically examined (per the medical caveat at the bottom of every page). You also never indicated why you are asking your questions on a forum devoted to the mindbody theories of John Sarno MD. You received replies both previous times but you did not respond to them.

The thing is, we can not assume that it is appropriate to immediately provide mindbody advice to everyone who comes here seeking symptom information. We really should be looking for some basic background information or a good indication that the seeker is knowledgeable about TMS and that it is reasonable for them to pursue a TMS solution when medicine has failed to provide one.

I would suggest that perhaps you would benefit by finding out more about what we do here, which you can do at our main informational website which is tmswiki.org. If you are interested in learning about the mental health basis for mysterious symptoms and what to do about it, you're welcome to join the community.
