    Hello!

I have been having random wrist/thumb pain for a couple months now. I keep thinking it'll just go away, but I think it's getting worse. I lift weights a lot and also care for small children, so I was thinking that was the cause, but now I'm thinking it might be TMS. It doesn't bother me that much - only with sudden movements and I can't do things like pushups at all. I researched what it might be and I'm thinking it's tensosynovitis. Has anyone overcome this with TMS healing? How?

Read my posts on CRPS/dystonia. I am getting better. I could not lift a cup, let alone do pushups. Do it all now.
