TMS/MBS and marrow inflammation

Hi, I started working with Dr. Schubiner and Alan Gordon's books a couple of months ago due to persistent back pain. I believe I have MBS, but thought I should eliminate structural issues to be sure. MRI of lumbar region reveals osteoarthritis - no surprise I'm pushing 70 - but also "marrow inflammation" which I've never heard of. Has anyone been able to get rid of pain despite marrow inflammation or have any information on its relation to TMS/MBS. Thanks in advance.

Google says “bone marrow inflammation usually goes away on its own over time”. I suggest asking your Dr about it.
Dr Hanscom, another TMS Dr. has written (and spoken) a lot about the inflammatory process and how it is created by hormones and chemicals in the body. These can be created with disease, injury OR stress and are always exasperated by stress.
Good news for you is that you might already be treating yourself in a way that helps. It is always advisable to clear up questions that may keep your mind going back to the physical.
