I am really struggling with how to start journalling and what to write about.
Each blog or books only mentions make a list of stressors and write about it. No one mention guidelines or example how/what to write.
I am a person who learn more from example than theory.
It would be highly helpful if you anyone who have recoved from TMS provide one or two image or copy of their daily journal. You can directly send file to my email.
For privacy purpose, you may radact real life person name or some lines.

However, it is recommended, and much more beneficial to the entire community, to share advice here on the public forum.]

    Thanks in Advance.

So totally vulnerable here. Obviously this could do harm and damage if it was shared, so please do not. Back story... my son and daughter-in-law are getting divorced and I see my grandson caught in the middle of it.
You'll see the ramblings of my inner self and the total acceptance of the rage it brings up when I realize that I can't have the ONE thing that I really want: assurance
There's a good bit of anxiety evident in this one. That's okay. That's me. I carry a good bit of anxiety. I just never have chronic pain from it anymore.
You'll also see a good bit of self compassion. "any grandma would feel the same" Self compassion in journaling is REALLY helpful.
And you'll see some somatic tracking. Where I feel my emotions...jaw clenched, crying, etc and then later when I hit upon some resolution...shoulders fall down.
    Feel free to ask questions.
