Accepting anxiety/TMS
You remind yourself that your physical symptoms are just TMS. You talk to your brain and tell it that you know that the symptom(s) it's producing are TMS, but that it's unnecessary for it to be giving you those symptoms as there is no danger, you are safe, and what you are doing in your life at any particular moment is safe for you to do... And then you move on with your day, getting on with the things that you need to do and want to do in your life, despite the physical symptoms; you don't rail against those symptoms. Getting on with daily tasks shows the brain that you are in fact safe because if you weren't safe, you wouldn't be peeling the vegetables, washing the dishes or walking the dog or whatever. You need to be persistent with doing this as it's a situation of 'you versus your TMSing subconscious brain' and s0 you need to get this message home to your subconscious by letting the message percolate into it for it to eventually relent and stop giving you physical symptoms.

My suggestion is to read and following the advice in this book https://www.amazon.com/MINDBODY-SYNDROME-TMS-Recovery-Freedom-ebook/dp/B086DB49YC/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 (Amazon.com)
