  • My Story

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with clients who experience chronic pain, and work closely with Alan Gordon at Pain Psychology Center. Having myself suffered through years of debilitating migraine and come out on the other side migraine-free, I can relate to the fear and frustration of the chronic pain client. I also understand that fear, frustration and fixation can stand in the way of living a pain free life. I combine Cognitive-Behavorial, Mindfulness and Somatic (body-focused) techniques to support clients on a healing journey. I strive to help clients reduce feelings of overwhelm and transition into a place of wholeness and fulfillment.
