I've had chronic pain in my arms and later on my shoulders and neck for 4,5 years now. I've seen all kinds of doctors, chiropractors, etc. without a solution. May 2015 I discovered John Sarno's books. Praise the lord, this man knows whats 'wrong' with me!

Turns out I've had a long list of 'illnesses' over the years, I suspect almost each and everyone has been TMS.

Enjoying life to the fullest is one of the best ways to become
TMS pain free. Laugh as often as you can.

Finished the SEP. Feel a bit lost without it.

Indeed, it can be a wonderful companion. But now is the important part, because now is when you apply what you've learned to living a self-compassionate and joyful life.

Back on track with the SEP. About one more week to go. Thinking about doing the presence proces next.

Falling behind on the SEP. Have to make it a priority again...

Good to hear it, Jojo. One time in our Saturday chat room, my good friend JanA wrote, "The Divided Mind" changed my mind, but the SEP changed my life!"
