An inspiring story

I just listened to this podcast : . This is the very inspiring story of a woman who had a very rough start in life and decided to be happy nonetheless.

It's not directly TMS-related, and as it's a vegan podcast they talk a lot about food (so proceed with caution if this can trigger you !), but the part about refusing victimhood and taking charge of your life really spoke to me.

 

Wow! 72 years old and doing so much. That's really inspirational. It's about having the right mindset and attitude about life. Watching it reminded me of this 97-year-old dentist.

 

Your mindset does affect your body's health and age. I wrote this post as I was approaching my 60th birthday.
