    YESSSSSS!!!!!

    I do my own placebos. The last two weeks of tax season from April 1 to 15, I take Vitamin C and echinacea, even though both have been debunked as immune system boosters. I don't care. I see them as tools which help my brain focus on creating whatever is needed to boost my immune system during this period of time. Works for me, because I believe in self-healing - but self-healing requires focus, and that's what the placebo accomplishes.
