Can ulnar nerve subluxation be TMS?

My left ulnar nerve moves when bending my arm 90 degrees while overhead and I also have periods of tingling and coldness in my pinky and ring finger. It came out of nowhere but I struggle to believe it's TMS since there's actual physical movement. Could TMS actually cause the nerve to move in such a way or is this an actual "injury" I just randomly got? I've had TMS before and I am a highly anxious person.
