    Hi everyone,

After 3 years I'm just learning about TMS. I just finished one of Dr. Sarno's books and I would like to start my healing process asap.

I'm thinking about just buying a book from Dr. Schubiner which includes the workbook but also I'm considering following a structured program. I just have no idea which one. All the different modalities offered in the programs are new to me. I can spend around 200-250 euros. I would love to hear from you guys??!!

Final question. I secretly have a few doubts if I have TMS. Is helpful to see a TMS doctor to be certain? Has anyone been in the same position?

    Yours sincerely,
    Nick

    Hi @Nick108,

    Welcome to the forums.

The follow links should be of help to you:

The TMS Wiki has a totally free online program which does not require any kind of registration and is accessed via easily managed modules: https://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/Structured_Educational_Program (Structured Educational Program)

With regard to your doubts concerning whether your symptoms are TMS, these are two easy and anonymous self-assessment tests that should help you assess this for yourself:

    1) https://ppdassociation.org/ppd-self-questionnaire (Self Quiz — Psychophysiologic Disorders Association) from the PPD Association (the professional group of mindbody/TMS doctors, therapists and other practitioners)

    2) https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/aces-quiz-online-printable-versions.27061 (ACEs "quiz" - online & printable versions) (this is a forum post which describes and links to the well-regarded ACEs test for childhood experiences).
