Incredibly inspiring podcast episode on mindbody stuff

Today I listened to a podcast with the beloved Deepak Chopra (he's so great) talking with Tony Robbins. It was really really inspiring and incredibly interesting. He, like Dr. Sarno, has a western medical background, but eventually shifted to both an eastern (Ayurvedic) perspective, as well as a focus (and really interesting perspective) on the mind-body connection (bodymind as he calls it). I've done several of the free 21-day meditations he offers (with Oprah). I think he has one of the most calming voices ever :)

As someone who occasionally struggles with believing the TMS diagnosis, this episode really re-inspired confidence. Chopra explains how the mind is really involved in ALL body processes. The conversation they have about placebo and nocebo were really fascinating.
