I "meditated" for the program today. I have a very uncalm mind and it is very very hard for me to chill out for more than like 5 seconds. 5 minutes of meditating sounds impossible basically. But I kinda did it. Don't feel too different honestly but it's nice to try. For Question to ponder, the best day of this program was probably the day it cured my RSI in my hands. I'm now continuing it for my back pain. I would love to be pain free. I am a bit more lucky because my back pain has been less detrimental to my life so far compared to my hand pain.
