    Thanks, Danielle. Watching your video at 1:45 a.m. because my fear comes over me at night, sometimes. I appreciate the thought of breaking it down into smaller increments of time. It's catastrophe thinking that I've done since I was young. My brain wants to latch on to the worst-case scenario and try to prevent it. I like the "name it to tame it" approach. I appreciate you posting a video.
