On my journey through numbness, burning, tingling that started in the middle of a crazy high anxiety episode. As I practice indifference the symptoms have spread throughout 95% of my body. I'm calmer now than I have been in a decade despite the symptoms. Assume spreading is a good thing as my brain doesn't know how to handle my new approach?

The first step is to recovery from TMS is your mindset. You decide to take charge of your symptoms. Do not allow your symptoms scare you. Keep fighting back by living as active as you can.
