Physical Activity

    Does anyone find that physical activity improves or eliminates their pain? I find that it does for me.

    It sure does for me. Get pains here and there all the time, but moving and exercising makes them go away eventually.

    Physical activity is beneficial in many ways. However, it never helped my TMS pain. I used to get the post-exertional malaise that is part of fibromyalgia, so it actually made me feel worse if I over did it. Now that I've recovered from TMS, exercise always makes me feel better.

    Yes like always it’s the biggest thing for me helps like a charm most of the time
