I read the book "The hidden Psychology of pain"
and think about trying to use EFT.
Does anyone here have experience with that ?
    Did it work for you?
How did you approach certain feelings and emotions with it?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Imagyx,
My TMS therapist recommends EFT. I haven't actually done the tapping but the affirmations are really helpful. I like that they acknowledge what is going on before going into positive mode.

For instance, "Even though I am feeling fear, I love and accept myself completely. I know that I am safe and I am making a full recovery."
After several rounds of affirmations, I usually feel calmer.

I know a couple of people who love EFT - it's mentioned quite a lot by some of the folks who attend the Saturday chat.

I recently listed to the (formerly called EFT) Tapping Summit 2013 talks by the Ortners last month. very interesting how they delve into childhood to connect current feelings too.

I liked the info I heard on the talks.

    Thank you for your help.
I had my first EFT session yesterday and will continue
with it everyday for at least some weeks.
I'll post again when I have further questions or feel a change.
