According to doctors, I have an anxiety disorder and also a hypochondriacal disorder. Since my panic attacks a few years ago, I suddenly had a fear of illness. And from then on I always had physical symptoms. They went again until the next one came again. However, the facial pain and toothache have persisted for over a year.

It's worth looking for a used German edition. Per the below link, the book translation happened, but it seems to be out-of-print now. There's recognition and a recent attempt (or at least announcement) to publish new translated copies of her books:

This is a Facebook post/video from Claire Weekes Publications.
The text (which sometimes gets hard to see b/c of the video) is:
Wow, it’s amazing to see how many translations there were of Dr Weekes’ books! We’ll be looking into getting these printed again, because we think the world needs it. Face, accept, float and let time pass.

Your Dr. Did not recommend an MRI.
It is often recommended that with TMS we do not engage with groups or forums about our symptoms. Especially wise with your diagnoses.
The mind can be highly suggestible and cling to these thoughts.

I only had an MRI of my head, otherwise X-rays of my jaw.

Because the Doctor did not feel you needed an MRI of your jaw.

Or because doctors here often don't take you seriously.
