    I was recently involved in a discussion with several people about how people are using the Pain Recovery Program.

    I thought it might be helpful to ask the people who are using it!

    Based on your own experiences and your experience interacting with people on the forum, which days of the New Pain Recovery Program do you feel are most helpful?
