      Hello Ali
      Your right I should not be going to physical therapy but for right now I will continue until I see my doctor regarding my pelvic floor and nerve pain in my left butt and hip that shoots in to my testcle. Plus I'm still reading mind body prescription about half way through it. In about two to three week I'm going to make some big changes. I just need to get these few issues behind me first. Thanks
