Thank you this make a lot of sense, I have reduced my anxiety a lot over the last 4 weeks the pain is still hanging on and gets worse sometimes....
As I was going though this course my anxiety and pain started getting bad sometimes in different places, different pressures and new fears I keep...
Good question about meds does anyone know if this will slow down or help with the fear. I have basically stopped all pain meds not sure some times...
