  • My Story

I have tried every therapy under the sun over the last 20 years to no avail, so here I am learning about how this is all caused by my mind, any advice on where to go from here is much appreciated.

I used to be a fully qualified Chef for 25 years but had to stop as the dizziness and brain fog made it impossible, so I became my own boss and work from home making custom made cakes now, well I have been doing that for the last 10 years actually time flies!

It is weird bobbling in water floaty, walking on trampoline dizziness, with it comes a sore neck and sever brain fog, it comes and goes within a day.
ATM it is settling after a long walk of 7km or more each morning.

It used to only come on after flights and lasted 6 weeks to 8 months an episode but now 20 years later it comes on spontaneously and I am in the middle of a 16 month bout.
