    Hello!
    I am 24 years old and I've been suffering with physical pain since I was 14-15 years old. It all started with extreme and locked lower backpain. Then it went down on my left leg, my right groin (when walking) and my right foot. I worked on the roads and when I was 21 years old I made an MR which showed herniated discs & spinal stenosis. 2015 I had to make an surgery and my ischias was better but my groin felt worse. Keep fighting and getting healed by tms thoughts every day
