I'm already getting a lot from a book that I recently bought called 'Make Every Move a Meditation: Mindful Movement for Mental Health, Well-Being, and Insight' by Nita Sweeney, so I thought I'd share about it in case anyone else might be interested in it https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09Y2BG7PH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_d_asin_title_351_o04?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (Amazon.co.uk)

It's for those of us who don't like or get on with sitting meditation and/or would prefer to meditate either when exercising or while going about our day, walking, moving about. I've seen books before about walking meditation, but this book is about a way of meditating that can be incorporated into anyone's day. As is usually the case you can see a sample of the book on Amazon, but you can also see a bigger sample of it on google books https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=_yOJEAAAQBAJ&printsec=frontcover&source=gbs_ge_summary_r&cad=0#v=onepage&q&f=false (Make Every Move a Meditation)
