Day 3; how am I doing with physical activity?

    Day 3; have you recently been physically active ? what was it? and how did it make you feel physically and emotionally?

    Yesterday I went swimming with a friend. I suffer from a lot of chronic pain in my bak and down my lewg into my foot, but recently I have been dealing with extra pain as the front of my hip on the opposite leg seized up last week. Anyway, I went swimming with a friend and I was nervous. Swimming is an activity I foind last year that does not really ramp up my pain that much. Sometimes it makes my back tighter but for the most part it feels quite safe to do. but I still am nervous about my body basically everytime I hit the water. I've been taking it really easy because of my hip and so I was pretty conservative about my movements. but it feels so amazing to move my body and afterwards I almost felt like I felt even better than I had before.
    But I'm still always watching and waiting for my body to just go and it was no exception yesterday. Constant vigilance on my bodies hurt parts the entire time I was swimming. assessing, switching up how I moved, stressing. SO even though I love to swim and it helps me to feel good in my body I am still plagued with worry.
