Day 3 Exercise Fears

    When was the last time you exercised or did another physical activity?

    yesterday

    What was this activity?

    I just did some scapular squeezes, and some chest stretches against the wall.

    How did it make you feel physically and emotionally?

    I have a bit of a cold, so I was a little afraid to push it. I definitely wasn’t up for doing any lower body exercises. I fear doing those more than I do upper body. I’m always afraid that I’m going to reactivate my sciatica that has been much easier to deal with lately. Even then, I still was afraid to push too much in the fear that I would cause pain.

    I typically try to do my PT exercises once or twice a week. I do steps in the house. I can’t really walk outside of the house much. For some reason, the sidewalk in front of my house activates my neural pathways, so I don’t walk around the block. I usually just do laps in the house.
